The program became part of the Ochsner School of Allied Health Sciences that was established in the late 1970s. Sponsored by the University of Holy Cross since 1998, graduates complete their radiologic technology professional education with a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology or an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology (distinguished by prerequisite education). Since its inception nearly 50 years ago, the Radiologic Technology Program has graduated more than 400 radiographers with a 100% pass rate (first attempt) of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification Exam.
