Dr. Kevin Lin joined Ochsner Medical Center as an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist in 2019 and works with the infectious diseases providers to optimize the pharmacotherapy for patients with complex diseases and infections. He earned a bachelor's degree in public health and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Texas at Austin then completed a post-graduate pharmacy residency at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, Texas followed by a post-graduate infectious diseases pharmacy residency at Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas, Texas. His professional interests include HIV, opportunistic and mycobacterial infections, antimicrobials pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, and antimicrobial resistance.
