Dr. Baer started as a clinical pharmacy specialist in the outpatient medical oncology clinic at Ochsner MD Anderson cancer center in August of 2023 after completing her residency and previously working as a pharmacy intern at Ochsner Medical Center. She serves as a member of the PGY-2 Oncology Residency Advisory Committee, Recruitment Committee, and BiTE therapy workgroup. She is a preceptor for Medical Oncology Clinic rotations and is the primary preceptor for the PGY-2 Oncology Longitudinal Forum rotation.

Dr. Fontenot began her clinical practice at Ochsner Medical Center in 2018 as a Unit-Based Oncology Pharmacist on the oncology unit, then transitioned to a Medical Oncology specialist practicing in the inpatient and outpatient settings. In fall of 2021 she transitioned to a Remote Clinical Oncology Pharmacy Specialist role providing a combination of operational and clinical services for Ochsner Health infusion centers throughout the system. She now serves as the clinical oncology specialist for the Ochsner Lafayette region outpatient cancer centers. Dr. Fontenot is a preceptor for PGY-2 residents and serves on the PGY-2 Oncology Residency Advisory Committee, System Infusion Council, and the Oncology Subcommittee. She is a current primary preceptor for the PGY-2 Oncology Longitudinal Teaching and Education Rotation.

Dr. Foy joined the pharmacy team at Ochsner Medical Center in September 2017 after her prior work experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. She transitioned to the system pharmacy team in January 2022 where she manages the remote oncology services for Ochsner Health. She serves as the co-chair of the System Oncology Subcommittee and the chair of the PGY-2 Oncology Residency Advisory Committee. She is an active member of System Infusion Council, System Policy Committee, System P&T Committee, and the Ochsner Medical Center and System Residency Advisory Committees. She is a current preceptor for the Medication Safety/Oncology Administration and the IT Beacon learning experience, and enjoys teaching pharmacy students and residents.

Dr. Hamner joined the pharmacy team at Ochsner Medical Center in September 2023 as a clinical pharmacist in bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy. Previously, she had worked as a clinical pharmacist in bone marrow transplant at Tulane Medical Center. She serves as a member of the PGY-2 Oncology Residency Advisory Committee, System Oncology Subcommittee, and multiple Bone Marrow Transplant/Cellular Therapy committees. She is a preceptor for the Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant rotations and is the primary preceptor for the PGY-2 Oncology Drug Information Longitudinal Rotation.

Dr. Kaminski joined the pharmacy team at Ochsner Medical Center in February 2023 after his prior work experience at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. His past clinical experience includes Director of Pharmacy, Clinical Coordinator, as well as clinical pharmacy expertise in hematology/oncology, rheumatology, critical care, emergency medicine, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), infectious disease, antibiotic stewardship, nephrology, internal medicine, pain management, psychiatry, and surgery pharmacy. He serves as a member of the System Oncology Subcommittee, Remote Oncology Service Line Team, and the System Chemotherapy Infusion Team. He is a preceptor for both the PGY-2 Oncology Forum and medical oncology clinic rotations. He is passionate about precepting students and PGY-1/PGY-2 residents.

Dr. Rae joined the remote oncology pharmacy team at Ochsner Medical Center in March 2024 after her prior work as an oncology pharmacist at Prisma Health Cancer Institute in Greenville, SC. She has previously worked as an inpatient pharmacist at Greenville Memorial Hospital with her primary role being involved in the inpatient chemotherapy process and provision of care to oncology patients. She has experience in medical oncology, hematologic malignancies, infectious disease and critical care. She served as the clinical pharmacist for the Gynecology/Oncology outpatient service at Prisma Health Cancer Institute. She is currently a member of the System Oncology Subcommittee and the System Chemotherapy Infusion Team. Dr. Rae is a preceptor for the PGY-2 outpatient Breast Oncology Rotation.

Dr. St. Cyr began her career as a community pharmacist and originally was an Ochsner team member from 1991 to 1996. She left to work as a long-term care and retail pharmacist before returning to Ochsner in 2008 in the chemotherapy infusion pharmacy. Dr. St. Cyr has been an operational pharmacist for the past 13 years and moved up to supervisor in 2018. She is a preceptor for pharmacy students as well as PGY-1 and PGY-2 pharmacy residents rotating in the chemotherapy infusion pharmacy. Additionally, she is the trainer for chemotherapy operations for the Benson Cancer Center. She currently participates in the System Chemotherapy Infusion Team Meetings and Oncology/Pharmacy Collaboration Committee.

Dr. Troester joined Ochsner Medical Center in January 2023 as one of the oncology clinical remote team members. She has previously worked inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics and most recently as an oncology clinic pharmacist at SSM Health, based in Madison, Wisconsin. She is a member of the System Oncology Subcommittee and is helping to develop an Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic. Dr. Troester serves as a preceptor for the PGY-2 Resident Forums, Continuing Education, Research Project, and Medical Oncology Clinic rotations.

Dr. Turcotte joined Ochsner Medical Center in June 2024 as one of the oncology clinical remote team members. She has previously worked as a Clinical Oncology Specialist at Owensboro Health Mitchell Memorial Cancer Center and most recently at Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah in inpatient BMT as well as various outpatient clinics. Dr. Turcotte serves as a Resident Advisor and preceptor for the PGY-2 Resident Forums, continuing education presentations, and Medical Oncology Clinic rotation
