Complete Compliance Verification Process
All student information and compliance must be reviewed and approved through InPlace by Clinical Education before the clinical rotation can begin. These items are required 4-6 weeks in advance of rotation start date to prevent delays in placement, processing, and acquisition of Epic access where applicable. Late submission may result in forfeiture or denial of placement.
How to Submit Required Documentation
School clinical education placement personnel may follow instructions in the Ochsner InPlace User Guide to complete the remaining steps in securing rotation for students. Documentation sent via email will not be accepted. Any questions can be directed to clinicaleducation@ochsner.org or to 504-703-3140. Students cannot submit documentation directly into InPlace; these steps must be completed by the school.
All documentation must be reviewed by Clinical Education and approved before clinical education experiences can begin.
