Affiliation Agreements
If your school is not currently in an active affiliation agreement with Ochsner Health, allow 3-6 months to complete this process. An active affiliation agreement and full accreditation is required of all schools seeking student placement. Inquiries regarding affiliation agreements can be sent to clinicaleducation@ochsner.org.
Requesting Rotation
All Allied Health rotation requests are managed by school faculty and staff through InPlace. Please see Ochsner InPlace User Guide for guidance. Students will not have access to this platform.
For all upcoming rotation requests, log in to InPlace 4-6 weeks in advance of the rotation to create a request. Be sure to save your 5 Digit Request ID. If you are a school representative seeking placement for students and do not have a log in, click here to register online. Student information should be entered during this step. Student information can be updated if needed once the request has been approved.
Complete Compliance Verification Process
