Student Resources - Allied Health Sciences
All student information and compliance documentation must be entered into InPlace by a school representative. All forms must be signed either physically or via a digital means. Scripted fonts will not be accepted as signature. Signature indicates that students and school personnel attending an Ochsner Health clinical education experience have read, acknowledge, understand, and agree to the contents within each resource.

- Review the 2024 Student Handbook
- Review the Student/Faculty COVID-19 Protection Plan
- Print Parking Permit for display on vehicle dashboards
In order to complete compliance steps and be cleared for rotation, students must access onboarding documents via the following link. Signed forms will be accepted only via InPlace Network upload by a school representative. These will be reviewed by the Academics team, and notice will be sent to schools upon clearance for rotation.

In order to complete clinical rotations at Ochsner Health, each student must maintain compliance with the attestation items listed in the Health and Safety Attestation Guidance. School faculty/administration are required to attest to these compliance items via InPlace before students are permitted to participate in clinical rotations.
