Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in a clinical or counseling psychology program that is APA or CPA accredited and a one-year internship in clinical psychology that is APA or CPA accredited by the start of the postdoctoral program.

Fellows are expected to become provisionally licensed in Louisiana with an expectation of completing licensing requirements after completion of the first year of the program. Fellows are expected to take the EPPP and apply for provisional licensure within six months of their fellowship.
