Application Process - Sports Medicine Assistant Residency - Application Process
Please direct applications and questions to the Sports Medicine Assistant Residency Program Director, Kaleb A. Ashworth, at kaleb.ashworth@ochsner.org.
Applications will include the following items:
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae
- Letter of intent (one page)
- Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation
- Proof of BOC certification for Athletic Trainers
- For those completing entry-level graduate Athletic Training Program, receipt showing test date scheduled prior to May of Residency year will be accepted
- Proof of CPR certification with American Heart Association or equivalent

Applications are accepted between Jan. 1 and March 15 of each year. We may be unable to accept incomplete or late applications.
