Admissions & Application - Women’s and Pelvic Health Residency
Required:
- Eligible to be licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Louisiana (hiring is contingent upon applicant being licensed in the state of Louisiana)
- CPR Certification
- Completed Application
- CV or Resume
- PT License OR in progress of graduating from a DPT program
- Level 1 Pelvic Floor course is required before beginning Program
- Three Letters of Recommendation- 1 Academic and 1 Clinical Reference is required
- Personal letter of interest
Preferred:
- APTA membership
- Some experience working with pelvic health patients
Compensation and Benefits: Our women’s and pelvic health residents are full-time, salaried employees with a benefit package. Our Program does not have any tuition.
