Ochsner Health is offering a one-year Emergency Radiology Fellowship starting July 2025 at its nationally recognized Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. This program delivers focused, hands-on training in the fast-paced environment of emergency and trauma imaging within one of the region’s leading academic health systems.

Ochsner Health is a leader in healthcare innovation and education, offering fellows:

  • A high-volume, diverse emergency imaging experience
  • Training in acute neuroradiology, chest, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging
  • Advanced imaging modalities (CT, MRI, US) in emergency settings
  • Collaborative trauma care experience with emergency and surgical teams
  • Dedicated emergency radiology faculty
  • Opportunities to teach radiology residents and students
  • Participation in multidisciplinary conferences
  • Experience in teleradiology and after-hours workflows
  • Support for clinical research and quality improvement projects

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited (or equivalent) Diagnostic Radiology residency by June 2025
  • Eligibility for full medical licensure in Louisiana
  • U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and eligible visa holders are encouraged to apply
