Mentorship - Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program
Early in your career, a mentorship program is essential to growth and leadership. In the Ochsner Ob/Gyn Department, we actively foster a culture of mentoring. We have created a robust support system that pairs residents together (upper level & lower level) with a faculty member. Our hope is that this multi-dimensional support system will help residents navigate residency and beyond while preventing individuals from falling through the cracks. Mentorship and camaraderie are critical components of our overall goal towards physician development and wellness.
