Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center (OLGMC) is the largest full-service medical center in the region with 334 beds. Our physicians and staff are dedicated to caring for our patients in the Lafayette area.
Located in the heart of Lafayette, OLGMC evolved from Lafayette Sanitarium, a six-bed facility that opened in 1911 and has been a leader in healthcare throughout its existence.
