James Milburn, MD, MMM, FACR, FSNIS, specializes in radiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Paul Gulotta received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, followed by an Interventional Radiology fellowship from the University from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After returning to New Orleans, Dr. Gulotta completed an additional fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology at Ochsner and has been on the staff since 2015.
