Andrew Steven, MD, specializes in radiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Andrew Steven serves as the Section Head of Neuroradiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Steven completed his medical degree at Tulane University, followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Ochsner Health, and a Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Maryland. His academic interests are varied but focus on the intersection of cutting edge and clinically practical. He has successfully incorporated advanced MR applications into everyday practice at Ochsners Neuroscience Center of Excellence, including vessel wall imaging and functional MRI. He has established a national reputation for long-standing interest in education. Dr. Steven is a member of the Education Committee for the ASNR, serves co-director for ARRS Neuroradiology Longitudinal Course, and is a regular presenter at regional and national meetings. He also serves as the medical student clerkship director for the University of Queensland Ochsner Clinical School.

Prior to starting medical school, he spent a year conducting research at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. Dr. Emerson graduated from Midwestern University with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete an internship and radiology residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Emerson completed his fellowship training in neuroradiology at Northwestern University. Dr. Emerson is a board certified radiologist, with a special interest in Neuroradiology.

James Milburn, MD, MMM, FACR, FSNIS, specializes in radiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Milburn is Vice Chair of the Ochsner Department of Radiology Department and Professor of Radiology at the University of Queensland. He serves as Program Director for the radiology residency and also Director of Neurointerventional Services at Ochsner. He performed fellowship training in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University. As a Program Director, Dr. Milburn cultivates a collegial atmosphere while motivating residents to become successful. He is an active researcher and educator, with primary interests in stroke and brain aneurysm treatment, neuroimaging, and resident education. Dr. Milburn has held multiple board positions which include the Society of Neurointerventional Surgery, American Society of Neuroradiology, and the Journal of Neurointerventional Surgery.

Dr. Paul Gulotta received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, followed by an Interventional Radiology fellowship from the University from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After returning to New Orleans, Dr. Gulotta completed an additional fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology at Ochsner and has been on the staff since 2015. He is also the assistant program director for the Ochsner Radiology Residency program. Dr. Gulotta is a member of the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery (SNIS), American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and the Association of University Radiologists (AUR).
