Ochsner Health Center – Tchoupitoulas is located on Tchoupitoulas Street in Uptown New Orleans. This location provides primary care and podiatry services, along with Ochsner Therapy and Wellness, imaging services and laboratory services.

Ochsner Health Center - Metairie is located on Veterans Memorial Boulevard between Causeway Boulevard and Bonnabel Boulevard, down the street from Lakeside Shopping Center.
