Application and Interview Process

We look forward to reviewing the application pool for this year’s match. A general overview of the 2024-2025 recruitment season is as follows:

ERAS applications are opened to programs on September 25.
We will screen all applications by the end of the day October 4.
The first round of applications will be offered on October 23. Applicants will have 48 hours to schedule an interview.
Interviews will then be offered in sequential rounds, with each maintaining at 48 hour response window.
We will not offer more interviews than we have interview spots available.
Our interview dates are:
- November 8, 2024
- November 15, 2024
- December 6, 2024
- January 10, 2025
We will host two in-person opportunities to meet the team and tour our facilities in early to mid-February 2025.

Program Notes

Seven categorical and one preliminary positions are offered in the first Post-Graduate Year.
