Admissions & Application - Sports Physical Therapy Residency
- Compensation and Benefits: Our sports residents are full-time, salaried employees with a benefit package. Our Program does not have any tuition.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible for physical therapy licensure in the state of Louisiana by direct licensure or via compact licensure.
- Application: The application deadline for the 2027 cohort is November 15th, 2026 with the cohort start date of August 2027. Applications are available at RFPTCAS.
- Residency Program MATCH
The Ochsner Health Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program will be participating in the standardized Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program Match for the upcoming application cycle. Our interview date for the 2027-2028 cohort is January, 22 2027.
This will process will fill our 4 available Resident positions for our upcoming start date: August 16, 2027.
