Application Notes
- Resident applications to our program are accepted only through ResidencyCAS.
- Interview invitations will be sent out in October with a 48-hour window of acceptance. Interview invitations are only sent for the amount of interview spots available. Interviews will begin at the beginning of November and are scheduled through Mid-December. We utilize Interview Broker for scheduling interviews and the Program Manager emailing the distribution of the zoom link for interview day.
- Interviews for the 2025-2026 Academic Year will take place virtually. Many opportunities for virtual meet and greets and in-person second looks will also be available and communicated to applicants.
- Applicants must have at least three letters of recommendation from physicians who have supervised you in a clinical setting in addition to documentation listed on Application Information with at least one being a SLOE.
- Our program currently accepts 9 residents per year.
