Fellows learn within a collaborative neonatal care environment alongside neonatologists, neonatal APPs, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, lactation consultants, rehabilitation therapists, and other members of the interprofessional care team.
Through bedside teaching, multidisciplinary rounds, simulation, and specialty rotations, fellows strengthen clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while supporting safe, coordinated, family-centered neonatal care.
