Requesting Clinical Rotation in InPlace - Clinical Nursing Education
If you are in a graduate or doctoral nursing program, please refer to the Graduate and Doctoral Nursing page.
Nursing Instructors: Please register online before the start of each academic semester (January – May or August – December)

Please refer to the below timeline for requesting a clinical rotation. These timelines are in place to ensure timely access to the Epic system and compliance with regulatory standards. **Submitting a request does NOT guarantee placement.**
